Perfect! I got a different brand before, which were ridiculously small, but these cups are just right for American women. They are wide enough to actually cover everything just like your bra would be. They are also not too thick - many of the other sew-in cups you can buy have this stupid enormous teenaged push-up bra bump on the bottom inside, but these are nice and smooth on the inside, thin at the edges and maybe half an inch thick in the center, very standard and similar to most regular (not push up) bras. I am using them to sew inside halter summer dresses that are not designed to allow you to wear a bra with them, but don't have any bust padding either so you have to wear one of those nasty stick-on bras. Forget that. I sewed these cups in and boom, perfect bra coverage in my braless dresses! Nice.

These ended up being too small for me but are perfect for my granddaughter. They are well made and a great value. Just be sure to size up a little.

Fit great in my sports my, great look

I ordered this product in size A/B and I wear a small or extra small top. The pads are huge and will not fit in either of the sizes I own. I did cut them down and they work ok, but they are not sized for the smaller ladies.

These were thicker than I expected, so I was worried they would be visible in my swimsuit top, but they’re not had at all. I appreciate the coverage. My favorite thing about them, though, is that they didn’t get all twisted and folded up when I washed my suit in the washing machine. I’ll try them in my tank tops next…

Great value and quality bra pads, I used this to replace the old ones in a swim suit. You can pop them in/out of some suits that have a pocket sewn in or stitch them in yourself.They are stitched well, remaining in shape after washing, however I would recommend this for a C cup or smaller. For D cup (design team) I recommend adjusting pattern by 1 inch on all 3 side for better coverage and fit.
