Love bamboo look and stainless interior that’s easy to clean and no residual smells.
Great thermos. Happy to drink from either glass or stainless interior thermos these days and get away from plastic. Love the bamboo design exterior. Easy to clean, no residual smells. Use for hot teas and cold drinks.

Perfect for hot/iced tea brewing and cold brew coffee
Perfect for hot or ice tea brewing! Also works great for cold brew coffee. Used for hot tea and kept warm for ~3hours with included sleeve. Keeps drinks cold for longer ~6-8 hours depending on if you add ice. Love the magnetic brew basket. It’s a great tumbler and I would buy again. It is leakproof and I am able to easily throw it in my bag in the AM. Haven’t had for long enough to assess durability but plan to update after a few months to comment on that aspect as well.

Sleek and functional
Pros:- the two-layer filter inside is super useful (I wish I discover this type of filter earlier!). I can put loose tea leaves between the two layers; and since it's at the top of the bottle, my tea never gets too strong when water level is low.- removable filter layers. If I wanted stronger flavor, I can remove the deeper bottom layer (twist on), put tea leaves directly in the bottle -- the top layer can stop tea leaves going into my mouth.- easy to clean. it doesn't require extra long brushes, unlike small-mouth thermos; a regular bottle brush will do.- sleek design.Cons:- wide mouth means it looses heat faster. If a good quality small-mouth thermo bottle keeps boiling water hot for 10-12 hours, this one probably can do 5. (I have 3 bottles to compare). So it's good for office use, not good for overnight or camping.Overall:love it!

Best I ever had
This is a great product. I like to flavor my water with lime juice rather than flavoring with sugar or artificial sweetener concoctions. The metal water bottles won't work because of metal leaching in acidic fluids. The glass bottles work but don't keep it cold. This one with vacuum glass does a good job of keeping it cool. Other glass thermal bottles often leak while this one doesn't. The cover sleeve helps to protect the glass and the loop makes it easy to carry. It has all the best features I was looking for.

After 2 months of use the cap cam unglued, reported to company, no response.
I bought this cup for my husband as a gift. The cup is well designed, keeps tea hot and easy to clean. After 2 months of use, the top can unglued. It was no longer eligible for an amazon return, so I reach out to the company directly with no response. I would have tried the product again if customer service would have responded.

Beautiful
I bought the stainless steel/bamboo version and it's just lovely. I see a lot of negative reviews for this item mostly for those that purchased the glass version. I have to wonder why anyone would buy a glass travel tumbler? I mean not only is glass fragile, but it is also not a good insulator. The stainless steel/bamboo version does a good job at keeping my tea hot and it's durable and well made. I would recommend this to anyone.

Reliable Warranty. Recommend away from glass, choose metal
The media could not be loaded. Updating as the customer service has been amazing. Company is super reliable and credible and totally understood my issue. Replaced my glass bottle for the metal version. This is not Borosilicate, I think?I have a whole set of 12 Borosilicate drinking glasses, so I know what it's supposed to be like.I think this boils down to a quality control issue with whoever this company has manufacturing these. The company sent me in a replacement bottle after I contacted them via warranty on their website because right out of the package my first bottle had these microbubbles on the inside layer of the double layer. And it was in that like air pocket area. The replacement bottle I had for 3 weeks and used maybe 6 times and on the 6th use, when pouring water from the kettle and putting on the lid. The inside layer of the double layered bottle broke and separated completely. The outer layer was mostly ok but shards of glass and a crack started running on the inside layer. This was a bottle that was sitting in a cabinet at normal room temperature, so I wasn't even swinging it from like ice cold to kettle hot. Just normal everyday use the way it was supposed to be.This is wild to me because I have other real Borosilicate glasses that I could drop like 5 feet and it won't crack. I also totally have had to use my other Borosilicate glass from the dishwasher and put cold water in it and it didn't crack. This bottle however cracked inside its protective neoprene casing and after exposure to hot kettle water and the double layer separating like that is scary and I'm glad it happened on my countertop and not while out and about or when drinking from itReal Borosilicate just doesn't do that.At exactly 30 days this happened too, contacted the company again to see if they will just send me a metal replacement. I give up on their glass. Not entirely sure what else to do but they were easy to work with previously so still giving them 2 stars at least for that.
