Best cookware I have ever bought, and I have had many different brands. The lid is heavier than the pan itself but it's worth it. Extremely well made, but most important is it's free from FOREVER CHEMICALS, not like other chef recommended pots and pans. So satisfied with just this 1 pan, I'm going to buy everything else in the set.

Beautiful (blue) pan. Ceramic coating is very non-stick. I have made some things without using any oil. I use very little oil for most orher things. Heat distribution is fantastic. I do wish they made this pan in a slightly larger size. But surprisingly, it held a dish I normally make in a larger pan without any difficulty. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is by far the absolute best pan I have ever owned and since I’ve been married 53 years, I’ve been through a lot of different cookware over the years. At first, I thought it was really expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for with this brand. I couldn’t believe how heavy it is, how beautiful it is and how well it cooks food on my induction cooktop. Even the packaging of their product was awesome. Plus it was one of the few brands I found that goes from stove to an oven up to 550° and the extra bonus? Absolutely NOTHING sticks to this pan even when I burnt fried chicken, I just rinsed it out with running water thinking I was going to have to scrub and the water alone cleaned the pan without me even having to use soap and a dish rag. I loved it so much I bought the 4 1/2 quart deep skillet as well.

Absolutely loving my Caraway 6qt. Rondeau w/ Lid! It’s perfect for a full time RVer, it replace a frying pan, an oven roaster and a simmering stovetop pan. Now all I need is my Caraway! Very easy clean up!

So beautiful, and truly nonstick even without any spray or oil!! My package arrived with a small imperfection on the outside of the paint. It wouldn't impact cooking but for the price I was disappointed, and the company took care of it immediately. Super impressed.
