The media could not be loaded. One of the Best Vegan Mozzarella So Far!You would not believe the amount of vegan cheeses I've tried. I've counted so far about 10 different brands. So you can accurately assume and include the major (and expensive) brands at the store when reading this review.Finding vegan cheese that melts beautifully without getting crusty on top, and actually tastes like mozzarella, is a real challenge. While many brands are getting better, most (not all) shredded vegan cheeses still fall short when it comes to melting perfectly on pizza. This is the only brand I've found that melts smoothly in my air fryer too, instead of turning crunchy like others. It's so easy to use, melts quickly, tastes fantastic, and lasts forever! I bought a bag nearly six months ago, and it doesn't expire until September. I absolutely love that!*It's not an exact mozzarella replica, it is slightly more neutral which makes it easier to add into anything.Pros:* Exceptional Melt: Melts smoothly and easily, even in an air fryer, without getting crusty.* Great Flavor* Long Shelf Life: Stays fresh for an impressive amount of time. The shelf life makes this actually worth the price. I spent about $29.* Versatile: Easy to add to any dish.Cons:* Non-Resealable Bag: The packaging doesn't allow for re-sealing.* Large Quantity Only: Currently, you can only buy big bags, which isn't ideal if you prefer smaller portions.

Great dairy free cheese. High quality, melted well and had a good cheese stretch like cows cheese.

Well, part of me wants to say I love this, because I did- so I thought. Then I did a deep dive into these alternative and non- dairy cheeses. I’ve been a vegetarian for over 40 years (since I was 17). Sometimes I went vegan for a period of time. Decided to do vegan cheese and after I started looking into the nutrition content of most of non- dairy options, I was stunned and disappointed. This like most others are actually BAD for you. I no longer fall for the alternatives without further researching. Word to the wise- take it from me… sigh.

This cheeze melts better than some of the other brands I've tried and keeps a long time in the fridge.

I’m going to give this 4 stars at the moment. I think this is a truly top contender in affordable vegan cheeses. So far, I’ve melted it on stovetop to put on a pizza burger and I also put some on cutlets for a vegan parm in the oven. Though they melt just as well as the reformulated Daiya does, a little OVOO really enhances its so you don’t have partially melted shreds. You guys know what I’m talking about.One thing that stood out to me was the cheese pull. I’ve used a lot of nondairy cheeses and this one has the most impressive pull that I’ve seen yet.I can’t say on texture or flavor while cold but I still have to this on a pizza in a pizza oven and some baked ziti so we’ll see how that goes.It’s not my favorite in terms of taste so I might stick to numu or selfish cow brands in the long run but I can see why people review this one so highly. It is definitely worth a try

I used this cheese with a CauliPower plain crust to make homemade pizzas as my wife is dairy free. I was extremely pleased with everything about the cheese. It took a few days to arrive but was well packed in an environmentally safe insulated box with several frozen gel packs that can be reused (re-frozen), recycled, or opened to use as plant food!!It melted perfectly and was ooey gooey stretchy delicious. No odd odors or taste. Very difficult to tell the difference between this and regular mozzarella cheese. It has a very reasonable shelf life (in the refrigerator) of several months. I'll definitely purchase it again when we're in a pizza or other cheesy mood (lasagna comes to mind!)

Tastes good and really melts, without a lot of effort. I've tried to use it a number of ways. The two best are fairly mundane, but I used it to top microwaved pasta, and dairy-free pizza heated in a French-door style air fryer (oven setting). Some organic sauce in a jar, a Mama Mary's pre-fab crust, a nice dusting of this, and some safe-to-eat Pepperoni. The perfect pizza for someone with dairy allergies, like me, in about fifteen minutes. This is one of the best dairy-free cheese options that I've ever tried. It tastes less salty to me than quite a few that I remember, as well (though I can't speak to sodium level comparisons. I'm heartbroken that I cannot buy another package of this here at Amazon. $23 for the 2.5 pound package has been such a great deal and splurge. I don't get to eat "cheesy" meals very often. I'm really sad that this isn't available now, because it's been really nice to enjoy eating a few things I normally don't get. Please bring this back to Amazon.
