I purchased these after reading about them in a magazine. They helped a woman who was experiencing symptoms related to an imbalanced gut. I have been taking them for weeks and have not noticed ANY difference. No regularity, change in mood......NADA!

This mood version didn’t work for me like the yellow boxed “EPS” version does, which I’ve switched back to. A huge difference. Perhaps it depends on the person and their digestive issues.

I've been taking various brands of probiotics for years and have found that they seem to help with my gastric problems. I still have problems despite taking probiotics, but they don't often seem to be as intense. These Jarrow Formulas probiotics are the most expensive I ever taken, but they seem to be very high quality and give me no gastic distress at all. The capsules are kind of large, so some people might have a harder time swallowing them. 10 billion cells from four different strains is a good amount, and though they don't have to be refrigerated, I still keep them there just in case. I'm not sure if the GABA is helping my mood or not, but anything (safe) that helps with positive mood enhancement is a plus.
