I wanted to wait a wee while befI left this review. I have now been taking this daily for 2 weeks. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my hips and joint pain. Including my stiff, painful, arthritic left hand.I think there is a slight improvement in my skin, (psoriasis) but I'm hoping that it will be noticeably better soon.Now, they are on the big side, but the soft gel texture is remarkably easy to swallow, so don't let that put you off.

It's a good value for your money sort of item. The soft gel capsules are OK.Mg wise there is no way knowing the back seed oil content as I don't have the equipment to check it .

Having bought the Weightworld MSM with vitamin C which has been the best product for growing hair after a period of thinning I decided to try the Black Seed Cumin oil from the same brand and so far so good. Energy levels are up and we are feeling good on it - I have to add that this is combined with a healthy diet with a lot of fresh fruit and veg. This product works well

Unfortunately the color is so light ,black seed oil is meant to be darker in color , so not sure if the product is what it says on the packaging.
