Very sharp. I wanted kitchen shears that would cut plastic (it is amazing how many packages one needs to open when cooking or in the kitchen. These are the best kitchen shears I have ever had.

I bought these as a gift for my daughter and her boyfriend. The other pair they had apparently, the handle broke off. These are quite handsome and a bit larger for better leverage whilst boning meat. Her boyfriend thought they were far superior and do a great job. They highly recommend.
