Funny thing- I LOVE this product, but had a couple of crappy shipping issues, so I almost wrote them off- UNTIL, the actual company stepped in. They blew me away, even more than the actual product!I'm a health coach and I know my ingredients- I geek out on this kind of stuff, so I'm a little obsessive when I finally find something that's high quality, especially when it's priced well. I've done the research for you guys- this stuff is a win! I haven't tried anything else this company makes yet, but you can bet that I'm about to!This particular duo though, has fantastic stuff in it. I have awesome, focused energy all day and then I sleep deeply at night. I've started giving these to my teenagers and they've started ASKING for it, if that tells you anything! 😆Confession time- I actually wrote a bad review a few weeks ago. I was clear that I loved the product, but that I had issues with Amazon messing up the shipping a few times! I was pretty over this and didn't hide my irritation. The company emailed me directly, offering to immediately reimburse me AND they sent me FREE product because I had been clear about loving it. They wanted to ensure they made it right, for every time I had an issue! That's insane- nobody does that anymore!I'm pretty blown away here, but mostly, I have wasted so much time and money trying to find good products for me and my family, that I'm hoping to save a lot of you from the same!

My husband used the AM side and I used the PM side as it's harder for me to fall asleep than him, and harder for him to stay awake lol this product basically keeps you alert during the day. I feel like this is a substitute for coffee and acts as such, without jitters. A latte usually has around 240 mg of caffeine which is just way too much and can be overwhelming. This product has about 150mgAs far as sleep goes it will help you stay asleep during the night. My issue was more to stay asleep than to fall asleep. This product has natural herbs such as ashwagandha to help you relax.The capsules are smooth for swallowing, there's no taste or smell really.I like the quality of this product and i will continue using for now

The am nootropic is amazing for getting rid of brain fog, energy, restlessness, etc. PM nootropic is perfect for relaxation, anxiety and sleep! Definitely a good buy and will be buying again!!!

This product did nothing to help me in the mornings, and did nothing to help me sleep. Took both for a few days and literally felt zero difference in my energy levels. Neither capsule did what it said it should do. Waste of money.

I did not like these products. AM never gave me any energy. And PM worked a little better at nighttime. However I would not purchase them again .

I am skeptical of supplements and usually never buy them because they are not FDA regulated. We don't know exactly what ingredients are used or the quality of them. But this product had such good reviews that I decided to give it a chance. I've never been a coffee drinker or user of caffeine at all but sometimes I struggle with energy in the mornings to get going with my day and especially to exercise. These pills have a gentle effect. They make me feel good and I feel a bit more energetic and motivated. I do not take them every day, just when I need a pick me up. Probably twice a month. The evening pills also have a mild, gentle effect of calming and making me feel slightly tired. I use it about twice a month on average as well. I do not want to become dependent on these pills but I find them very very helpful with pleasant effects when I do need them. I highly recommend. The pills are a little big but they slide down very easily.

Update: theyvreached out to me and offered me a different product or money back so i dod get a fuul refund...I bought this product hoping I would have more energy, I did not but I probably didn't take it long enough but because every time I ate I would feel so nauseous. When you read the label it says stop taking if you feel nauseous, I reached out to them to see if I could still return it since I used some of the focus. I did not receive a response. The product says I have until 11/24/24 to return but when I try it says not eligible.

I am incredibly impressed with this stack. I’ve tried a lot of different options in this space and have always been dissatisfied. Either way too wired for the energy version and groggy the next morning with the calming. But, this stack is super smooth!I felt so relaxed after 30 minutes of 2 Calm capsules and had one of the most restful nights of sleep that I’ve had in a while. And, it’s not that it makes you sleepy. You’re just ready for bed. Very slick.The Focus capsules were equally impressive! No jitters. No anxiousness. Just like it says TOTAL FOCUS.I work 14-16 hours a day 6 days a week and it’s rough going most days. I’ve got hope for better sleep and more sustained energy through this stack.Excellent work, guys!
