Amazing product I recommend

Take 1 hour before bed and generally get a good nights sleep

Helped with sleep....at first
I think they work. The first couple of nights I slept really well and even had dreams, which is rare for me. After that, the effect seemed to fade a bit. Still, I feel like I’m sleeping a little deeper than before. Might try taking a short break and starting again to see if that helps.
