Love this lockbox. We have an short-term rental. I love the fact that I can program this lockbox everytime someone books and then forget about it. You can program it for the days and times you want them to have access to the key. Then when their stay is completed, they can no longer get the key. You can also unlock the lockbox remotely. Give cleaners and workman their own code or a one-time code. Easy to program. I am a women and not handy when installing things but had no trouble at all attaching this permanently to the post it is now on. Highly recommend.

Great functionality either Bluetooth or WiFi. You will need a WiFi bridge to operate remotely. I missed that and purchased after the box. All works great! Simple installation. Generates random or custom codes for restricted or one time use. Longevity report will follow. Installation in coastal marine environment. Great APP function.

We bought this for our airbnb. It fits beautifully on the door without too much play. It's heavy duty metal. It's easy to use. The only complaint I have is that the instructions were in Chinese only nothing in English. So we had to use google translate to figure out how to set it up.

Even when I'm not home and the lockbox isn't connected to the internet, I can share Bluetooth access with friends or create a temporary password remotely, which is very convenient.One small drawback is that the password digits are random and can't be customized, likely due to the product's password algorithm. However, this hasn't been a major issue for me.The lockbox feels very well made and has a substantial weight to it. I easily hung it on my doorknob, and it also comes with hardware to mount it on the wall if needed. So far, it's been easy to use and has worked reliably.Overall, I recommend this lockbox for its ease of use, useful features, and solid build quality. It's a practical choice for anyone looking for a secure lockbox solution.

I got the lock box to make it easier to share my keys with family without having to worry about hiding spots or keys getting damaged. The lock is weather proof so it can be easily mounted outside your home.The app lets you change the pass code, set-up multiple pass codes, remote unlock with using phone, set up pass code timers and several more features. The app makes this fairly simple lock into a much more versatile lock. The build quality is very good and this is a very good way to share keys without having to actually hand out copies of your keys.

Its a nice sturdy product, but disappointed with two major issues making it not so remote friendly:The reason people are buying this is so they don't have to go to the property right? but..1. it can't connect to wifi without more hardware, so to add or remove pin codes must be near the lockbox. fail.2. It has one time codes but you must use them them same day? What's the point of that? Please patch it to allow one time codes that last a year. Duh? Come on???? Ideally have a one day code that expires 4 hours after used, but can but has no expiration on when it can be first used.. that would be smart right?I'll gladly rate 5 if could do these 2.

Have only been using for 2 days but works exactly as I needed. The box and gateway were easy to setup and the app is easy to use. Very happy with the purchase thus far!

Pure garbage. It does not sync with any of the codes.
