One of the most comfortable ECCO I ever own

First, I like the Ecco brand; I've worn them for 26 years. These shoes fit well. I've enjoyed walking in them. The two downsides I've experienced: (1) they got soaked in the rain and have a persistent bad smell in spite of washing in a machine and drying in the sun; (2) parts of the rubber on the side without any trauma I can remember fell off; (3) the sole has significant wear after 6 months, enough that I will have to replace them at 9 months. I paid $137. I expected them to last longer, as other Ecco shoes have.

I don’t know what it is about ecco’s tennis shoes, recently, but these feel like you’re standing on a pipe on your heel, weird pressure points. I’m shocked that this made it through initial products development, as it’s a pretty important feature for a shoe.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have owned and I've bought top of line shoes before. I love the built in arch support

Not the most comfortable ecco shoes out there, definitely takes time to get used to. Not bad, but not great either.

I’m big fan of Ecco shoes, I’ve bought many pairs of golf shoes, they are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve tried. I’ve started looking and trying shoes for running or walking and came across these. I love the firmness of the cushion, thick enough to provide good cushion and firm enough to last. I do walks of 5 miles 2 to 3 times a week with a little running sprinkled in.I’ve tried other brands but the cushion breaks down after a month or two.Ecco’s are a little pricy but as an older person trying to stay in shape the quality and comfort an of these shoes are well worth the money.Enjoy the walk..

A fan of ECCO but this shoe seemed to be narrow.
