Been using this since 20 days, and I have seen some improvements here and there but the major changes were in my circedian rhythm as I can sleep like a baby at night, might be due to the magnesium in this but I have used other magenesium products which don't work like this. I'm wondering what might be the cause of this but definitely much happier with these results

The media could not be loaded.  I didn't think that the product will be delivered such quickly, I needed to leave for another state tomorrow and ordered the product a day before. Got it just the day after, even though it was expected to be delivered 4 days after. Really happy with the speed and the product quality.
