Want a drink
This is a fun party favor... you almost need two. It pour slowly so don't be in a hurry, but it does the job. It makes very fun drinks/shots.

good gift for someone who entertains
This is a gift for my sister who loves to entertain. It came fast and so far she likes it.

Works great but slow.
Works great for layering. It does leave a film high up on the side of the glass due to how it attaches and pours. It's also very slow. I would not recommend it for large parties. 4 shots at a time max. And it will still take 1 minute per 3 layer shot.

Fell very short of my expectations
It didn't work with about half the glasses we tried and the instructions fall very short. Looked on the internet and found that there is an art to what can be layered and what can't. This was completely omitted from the instructions and makes it very difficult to use without significant research. This one will go in the gadget drawer and most likely never come out. At least until we clean out the drawer and put it in permanent storage.

Beautiful layered drinks
Made a perfectly layered B-52 the first try! It works best on glasses with fairly thin, vertical walls. I had a set of 1.5 oz. Libbey Cordial shot glasses, and they work great. It's a fairly slow process, but if it weren't slow, the layers would mix. I'm thinking about getting a second one to help speed up the process of making beautiful layered shots. Works great!

Works great, with a few caveats
This tool works just as it should, helping you create layered cocktails without having to be terribly skilled using the more traditional back-of-the-spoon method. The key is layering the ingredients by their specific density, which you can find online. The recipes included in the box are sort of useless, and read like more of an ad for Bols products. As a rule of thumb, higher alcohol content ingredients should be layered on top of lower alcohol content ones. The tool does have two weaknesses: First, it allows liquid to pour through extremely slowly. This is what makes the tool work as well as it does, but at the same time it severly limits how many drinks you can prepare in a short period of time. Second, the tool will only fit on fairly thin-walled glassware - it won't work on something as thick as a standard pop or water glass. The same applies to cocktail glasses with angled walls, like a "martini glass" - the tool just won't fit.If you can live with those limitations though, this is a great little gadget that does exactly what it's meant to do.
