No written instructions but it is easy assembly. My 4 year old was able to put it together mostly by herself. Great learning experience for her. Since assembly, she is been using it every day. The quality seems good and is very sturdy. I would buy this gymnastics bar again.

When the box for this came it was bigger and more heavy than I expected. Very sturdy and durable for kids all ages. Easy to put together as well. Works well for my daughters who are in gymnastics so they can practice at home. Definitely recommend.

Screw holes in wrong areas, was sent 2 right side bars, no screw kit included. This is ridiculous! Do NOT recommend unless you want the hassle of removing and returning this thing only to wait for another shipment. Overly annoyed and disappointed by this product and company.
