Great E bike!
The unit arrived well packed, all was in perfect conditions and complete. I charged the battery as suggested, placed back in the bike and followed all instructions to program based on my needs. After trying the bike for the first time I couldn’t find myself to park it, I’ve had so much fun riding this bike and the throttle response is excellent. I totally recommend this E bike to all my friends who I’m sure will be shopping for on soon enough.

customer service is excellent.
I love this bike. The red wire from the brake lever was severed on arrival, but a new lever with intact wire was sent to me, as well as a video on how to install the electrical. (plug and play), super easy. I put over 500 miles on it the first 4 weeks,...did I say I love this bike. I'm 69 y.o. and feel like I got my first bike when I was 6. Customer service was excellent, highly recommend. I ride every day, did I say I love this bike? Get compliments and questions all the time.

Great Bike! Wish the battery lasted longer!
This bike comes largely as advertised. I'll do a Pros and Cons list below.Pros:- Big and sturdy tires- Strong rear rack with lots of anchor points for bungee cords- Bright headlight and rear brake light- The horn is pretty loud for an e-bike and sounds like an actual horn instead of a bell sound. This has already protected me from city drivers that forget to check bike lanes when turning.- Easy to see display that isn't too bright for night riding- 5 levels of pedal assist and throttle for quicker acceleration- Handle in the middle of the frame to assist with moving the bike while it's foldedCons:- I'd love to be able to still track my speed or use the lights without using pedal assist. However, to use those functions, the bike must be turned on and there is no way to ride without pedal assist when it's on. With some e-bikes, you can still use the display/lights with a level 0 pedal assist to save battery or enjoy riding like a traditional bike. This is not the case with this bike.- The manual does NOT come with much instruction at all. With some basic knowledge, you can use it for inspiration and figure out how to assemble the bike. Luckily, it does not require much assembly to begin with. I would just like to suggest that you remember how you got it put together if you intend on folding it down the road.- When folded, the bike is still a bit big. I was able to wiggle it into the trunk of a Nissan Altima though. You could still fit a few small to medium items in the trunk with it, but I needed most of the trunk space in the process of getting the bike in and out.- This is a bit of a pro and a con. This bike is a bit heavy. For reference, I'm about 5'7" and 120lbs and work in a physically demanding job so I'm of slightly more than average strength ability. When putting the bike in the trunk, it took a lot of my strength to lift it that high. However, when unfolded and fully assembled, it isn't too difficult to lift the bike into a rack. The weight is a bit more evenly distributed and the handle in the frame helps as a lift point.I get about 2 hours of ride time with a full charge and typically using level 2 or 3 pedal assist. The battery definitely drains quick if on any of the higher pedal assist levels. It takes about 4-6 hours to charge fully from a completely dead battery. Given the shotty manual, I'm not sure if the battery is removable to be charged or if you could purchase a second battery to take for longer rides. Definitely something I will be looking into.Pedal Assist Level - Max Speed1 - 11.9 MPH2- 15.5 MPH3 - 20.2 MPH4 - 25.4 MPH5 - 28.8 MPH (Can get up to 30 if you're going down hill or flat on a full battery)

60 miles... more like 10
The bike came 99% assembled. The only thing I had to do was put the handlebars into the folding pole. With that being said it is a little on the heavy side. It's a fantastic Ebike. It's quick. The I have had issues with the front breaks sticking. Not 100% sure why. The back breaks already seem to be gone. They are supper spongy and don't feel like they work well. Now for the real disappointment. They advertise 60 mile rang. Wither I have a defective battery or something is drawing power and killing the battery. I do a combination ride and throttle only. I live exactly 5 miles away from my job one way. I rode my bike downtown yesterday and wasn't 100% sure if I would make it back yesterday with any battery left. I have one bridge I cross and everything else is flat. I rode with the light off and it in pedal assist 3 (around 20mph) when I got back to my apartment I had one battery line left. Round trip 10 miles. I am not sure how they get 60 miles for advertising. The instructions say it will take 6-8 hours for the battery to change, it only took 2-3. I also noticed the only function the key has is to lock the battery into the frame. I can turn the bike on and off with the key in any position. Kind of pointless if you ask me.The full suspension is really nice. And it's nice to have a pre-installed light (front and back) along with a horn. The only thing I wished the back light would come on when the head light came on like a car so no one potentially hits me from the back.

Great e-bike!
I love this e-bike. Rides smoothly with great handle and the pedal assist is amazing. Reasonably priced compared to other overpriced e-bikes. Worth every penny. I highly recommend it.
