Works as advertised. Twin wheel makes it very stable and works great on living room carpet. After a week can really feel the difference on my abs. I would recommend that manufacture adds some kind of exercise instruction. There is more you can do with this product than roll it forward and back. I already use it on arc to left and right to exercise obliques.

Easy to assemble and works well for when I want to do pushups but with this you just roll back and forth. Sturdy and not wobbly.

3 stars for quality of materials. The split wheel design feels very stable and comfortable to use. The thin metal pipe and plastic construction may not hold up over time.

I'm still learning to use it but so far everything works well. One I get to use it, it will be well worth the money.

Works great feeling the burn

Pretty fool proof and you can advance along as your core improves. I'm still the pansy on my knees using this while my fiancé can fully extend out starting from a standing position. I hate it in that I'm frustrated I'm still at the beginning, but love what it's doing to help stabilize and strengthen my core.

I don't know how durable this product will prove, but so far so good. Easy to assemble and reasonable price.
