I absolutely love this product. My child’s room is in the front of the house where a window faces the street. It’s very easy to see in and out whether it be day or night so I bought this product for their privacy. It was pretty simple to attach the film to the window. Just measure, cut, add water to area and place the product down. There are some pieces that are overlapping each other but it’s not really a big deal since it’s really for the privacy. There were air bubbles, mostly around the edges, but that was easily handled with a squeegee. I also love that it’s temporary and can be easily removed if needed.

After my dogs kept barking out the front door windows I decided to get this. It was relatively easy to apply and has held up well. It looks unassuming from the outside and not obvious that it’s an added film.

I have a window in my living room on the side of my house that faces my neighbors house, and I keep several plants in front of it because it gets the most sun. I don't like to pull the blinds on that window every night because I often forget to open them before work, and then the plants don't get the sun, but I hate the thought of anyone looking in and seeing me if I don't, especially at night.I bought this type of window film so I could still see out with the window open, but my neighbors couldn't see in, and I wouldn't have to worry about closing the blinds nightly and opening them again every morning. It works fine for this and was easy to apply, but it is tinted, so my living room is significantly darker with the film up and my plants don't get as much sun as they did prior. It's very noticeable and casts a pall on my living room during the day, making the room appear colder; it just doesn't feel as cheerful and cozy in the room as it used to without the sun streaming in! For that reason, I'm not sure if I will keep it up or not, but this has to do with my personal preference more than the product itself.I bought another style of cling for my bedroom window too, with a stained glass type pattern, but I don't feel that I get any less light with that one, although I can't see out the window either. Doesn't seem you can have it both ways!

Finally made the decision to find a permanent solution after going through countless blinds due to our reactive pup. After installing them, the pup is a lot less stressed by people walking by the home. Install was easy, took only 1 hour to knock out install on 5 windows with this kit.

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do so 5 stars for that! BUT it is so hard to apply perfectly. I redid these so many times and still have bubbles and imperfections. I even bought a second roll trying to redo my first round imperfections and it never got easier. I did 2 doors with 4 windows and then 4 smaller windows around my side door. I’m definitely keeping these up because I don’t want strangers to see into my house during the day but I would be lying if I said the imperfections didn’t bother me. My application suggestions would be to measure your windows and do first cuts with the backing still on that way you don’t have a lot of excess your having to hold while your placing them and the backing still being on keeps unwanted dust and debris from making impressions. Then clean your windows at least 2 times once with a paper towel and once with a microfiber cloth to get any remaining dust or particles off. Spray your windows heavily with soapy water or windex while applying. Make sure you have a squeegee (a credit card will cause visible scratches trust me that was my first round) and make sure you have a sharp blade to cut off the excess. A kitchen knife will not make straight enough lines (first round again😅). Once you squeegee it all on I used a credit card to hold against the seem and took my box blade to cut off the excess. When your windows aren’t perfectly shaped or have excess silicone sticking out it’s difficult. If you have really bad OCD hire a professional window tint person and skip doing it yourself 😂

This product absolutely saved the day with the sliding glass door in our ground level studio apartment that when the blinds are open, gave zero privacy and when closed keeps the room in cave-like darkness. Now we have the best of both worlds, total privacy (white frosted) and sunshine!! We got it up (albeit with minor alignment imperfections, our fault) with the two of us. It was tricky… I’m not sure how just one person could manage it. We bought a separate window film installation kit (spray bottle, felt rim “squeegee” and cutting blade) which was a MUST. It worked so well and we have no annoying bubbles. The very tips/corners of the window wouldn’t “stick” but it doesn’t hurt anything and is likely just our error anyway. Very very satisfied with the product.

My bathroom window looks right into my neighbor's house, so when I moved in I knew this was the first window I needed to cover. I wasn't ready to commit to a shade or curtain, and I didn't want to lose the natural light, so this was the perfect option. My installation wasn't perfect - there are a few bubbles, but I find I only really see those at night. During the day, the natural light masks my mistakes pretty well. I'm really happy I went with this. I know the film will come off really easy if I want a more permanent solution later, but in the meantime it gives me the privacy I was looking for without sacrificing the natural light the window provides.

No proporciona privacidad en absoluto, había leído algunos comentarios que mencionaban eso pero decidí arriesgarme. Fue una mala decisión. La película permite ver perfectamente lo qué pasa del otro lado.
