After about 4 months, i started noticing an uptick in energy. I can tell that it's working. I also can tell based on my workouts. Adding a couple more reps to my sets without extra exhaustion. Great product!

I've been interested in all things autophagy(mitophagy) since rapamycin became available. After taking the Neurogan Urolithin A, 1000 mg for the first time, I noticed the effects within hours; I had energy for my workout(s). Where I would normally do a full chest routine, I was now able to add a full shoulder workout to the same session. I used to take citrulline malate and beta alanine pre workout. I've ditched them for Urolithin A. I get more "bang for the buck", plus beta alanine gives me the nasty tingling sensation all over. I've very happy, and will be reordering.

Good product, although somewhat expensive; I like that it’s third party tested.

I am still in the process of evaluating this product but I believe it to be of good quality at a good price.

Jury is still out, I had been taking Mitopure version for over a year and wanted to see if a less costly one would be as good. So far it doesn’t feel like it does. I was doing the same 500mg as the mitopure vs the 1000 to keep things even. Probably won’t buy again.
