Effective but price, quantity, and potency could be better
I like to take a good amount of K2 MK-7 as I supplement Vitamin D3. I like how it seems to support teeth and bones. I like how it seems to balance the HDL/LDL cholesterol for a good ratio. I've also noticed since taking this for years that despite being overweight, my heart rate adjusts from running to rest rates a lot faster so I'm not out of breath for a long time after a run.However the price is a bit high. I found an alternative brand that offers 600mcg and 90 capsules for the same price making it a lot more affordable.

Highly recommend to take vitamin d3 with this to avoid potential issues of taking k2 alone, the d3 will also require magnesium as well (not mag oxide).
