Amazing Picture & Sound!
I needed a new, inexpensive HD television to replace an old one that had broken. I have a technical background, so it falls to me to do things like setting up the television for the best viewing experience which I have a good eye for. I’m happy to do this on a more expensive and advanced tv, but with a cheaper tv, I’d rather it already be set up to plug in and play (which was the case with the old one) because they seldom come with sophisticated enough controls to manually achieve a really good picture.I recently purchased the RCA equivalent to this Sharp tv, plugged it in, saw that the picture was rubbish, so fiddled with it a bit (which I really didn’t want to do), and ended up putting it back in the box, and sending it back to Amazon. With this Sharp tv, I plugged it in, and the picture is absolutely stunning! Requiring no adjustments whatsoever! Also, the sound from this cheap little tv is phenomenal! It even has a two band equaliser that allows you to adjust treble and bass! You just don’t get this on tv’s at this price point.Unfortunately, I cannot speak as to the functionality of any of the smart components as I just needed an HD tv, running 1080p which I have connected to my Sky box, but based on the effort Sharp has put into the picture and sound quality, I imagine the smart components will be absolutely fine.it appears most tv’s are smart these days, so I just randomly picked this one, and hoped that the picture quality would be good, but in fact, it’s exceptional! And the great sound was an unexpected bonus!I highly recommend!!

A great telly !
The picture is crystal clear and the sound is superb too , no need for a soundbar. Setting it up takes time , there is no paper manual . A simple quality telly.

Great Tv
Great smart tv, setting up took a bit of time but at the end everything was good. The picture quality and the sound is ok.The extra buttons on the remote for youtube and netflix was so convenient. The only thing i didnt like was the power button on the tv, it is located on the back on the bottom where you have to stick your finger under the tv to look for it, but once you get used to it then its ok.

Good kit, decent price, quick delivery
Using this mainly for gaming at the moment. It has good picture quality and sounds. One thing to note for anyone using headphones - you need a 3 or 4 pole jack. My old 2 pole didn’t fit properly.

Very pleased
We needed to replace the TV in our kitchen and 32" is about the largest size that would suit the space. I discovered that all the really high quality TV's were 42" or larger so it became a question of finding the best 32". I wanted full HD and the available options turned out to be very limited with only 4 choices. I ruled out Samsung having read that they put their own O/S on top of Android TV/Freeview Play and I knew this would annoy me. I found an LG model which had straight forward Android TV but it cost £150 more than this one. I then read that in small TV's HDR can spoil the picture and this Sharp model did not include it so it became not just the best choice but the only choice that ticked all the boxes. Now it has arrived I can report that the picture is excellent and the sound is so-so but as we use an external soundbar this is not an issue. We use a Humax HDR and it is easy to switch between sources - Simple Freeview/Humax/Android TV which I thought might be an issue. So all in all this Sharp TV lives up to all that I wanted.

Fantastic
Amazing for £199. Remote is solid not flimsy. Has all the smart features like latest youtube where you can adjust speed. Sound is fantastic. Picture (fullHD 1080p) is great for this size and also works great with a PC/laptop/macbook. You won't get a better smart TV 32" in 2024 for this price and if there is a £300 one out there it won't be worth the extra £100. It is very responsive, but with any TV you buy now expect it to be relatively slow in a few years which is when you buy a smart stick. That's what the hdmi ports are for. If you want a 'better' TV you'll need to invest in a bigger TV. If you want a great 32" get this one.

SLOW
Sound quality is pretty terrible. The operating system is as slow as a snail even when new, it gets unusable after a few weeks. Picture quality is ok.
