Works great. Good instructions and strong enough for probably level 4 steel plates. I don't have any but I'm sure it will. I like the helmet holder too. Instead of just a shelf.

I've been done with the 'tactical' or combat world for many years, but looking at this, to saw it differently. I believe this would work fine for tactical uses, but I purchased this and hung it on the wall between my master bath and closet. It has been incredibly useful- when I get home from work, it's perfect to hang my jacket on. I went bald many years ago, so wear a hat. It sits on the helmet mount marvelously, and I change into comfortable evening wear, pants and shirt go onto hangers and hang behind the jacket. I know this makes me sound like I'm rich, but I'm just an a/c tech that wants to get out of work clothes when I get home. I'm very happy with it. And who knows? One day I might just hang a gunbelt on it... It's excellent.

Maybe the drywall anchors would have worked, but I wasn't going to take the chance, so I screwed an old piece of hardwood flooring between two studs and screwed the hardware onto that without using anchors. It's a much better set-up and allowed me to put it exactly where I wanted it without compromising strength of hold. I hang a fully-loaded vest and belt on this and it holds it fine. I thought the hanger width would be insufficient at first, but it's not. And I'm glad it's not wider because I ended up putting it in a tight space. The helmet rest is fine too. The thing I really don't like is the belt hanger. Most battle belts are 2" and have a lot of gear. The belt hanger doesn't even come close to sticking out far enough to hold the entire belt in the loop. It shouldn't be curved either--no point to that. It should be flat with a sizable lip at the end to prevent things from sliding off.

At first look out of the box, it seems the manufacturer thought ahead and created a easy to read manual, useful parts I thought I'll need to get myself already in the package and on top of all nice, sturdy and estethicly pleasing product. Upon installing it I'll return for a review update

Pretty annoyed at the hardware that was provided. If anyone thinks those screws and anchors are gonna hold a plate carrier with plates they are crazy. Unfortunately, I tried to hang it anyway. Nedless to say, I went ahead and bought a metal stand, spent more money but worth it...very worth it. If I wanted to have to go to the hardware store and buy more anchors and screws then I would have built it myself ffs. I get to fix some holes in my wall now, and enjoy my other, GOOD, plate carrier mount. Would not recommend and would not buy again.

Purchased to hang bike and helmet on. Works perfectly for that!! Well made, tho you will need to assemble for installation. Not complaining. Just letting any curious buyer know. I would absolutely buy this again if needed!!!

My husband's gear is always on the floor so this was perfect to get it out of the way and keep it nice. It was a little tough to hang but he eventually got it
