It's a great little tank, good for use as a hospital tank as it's not quite big enough to keep any fish in full time. Might be useful as a shrimp tank instead.

The filter works , it holds water . The lights were cool but stopped working day two. I played nearly 60.00 for this. The same setup can be bought for 20.00 . The return process seems impossible as I dont have the original packaging. Save your money . Make a better choice than me ! Two months in and the tank is leaking . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

My lid had a ding in it.It’s not two gallons. It fits a little over a gallon.I wish the feeding hole and stuff had lids so debris can’t get in. I printed covers with a 3D printer.Feels kind of overpricdd

Loved the size and shape. Did not like the top compartment area that well. Seemed like too much and kind of complicated to close ut properly. 2 months after purchase it started to leak at a bottom seam.

First I wanted to say the filter sponge in this small tank is designed to create the bacteria you need to establish your tank. With that being said, the filter that comes with this tank is fine when keeping shrimp or a betta fish. Not together though as shrimp will be eaten by the betta. The tank is slim so that will allow you to setup this tank but not take up a lot of space. The quality of the tank seems to be OK. I’m not to keen on the amount of items on top or using my tank to store items. But maybe if this is setup at a college dorm maybe? You get additional charging ports on top. Can use it as a phone holder. Easy tank to clean but honestly I won’t clean mine. I build ecosystems to clean them. So far no leaking issues as some reported. The clarity is nice so no issues there.

I purchased this cute desktop aquarium for putting a beta fish in. I wanted something large enough to keep a beta happy, but not overly large.This is a unique tank that has the filtration media/sponge built into the lid and a pump system. This comes with no instructions, but is easy to understand if you've had fish tanks previously. The only thing I struggled with was the light. I didn't realize that you turn the light on and off with the spring in the right side hole.I too had a little leaking, but all you have to do is adjust the pump pole thing inside up near the lid. If you carefully position it and carefully put the lid on, it won't push water up to the lids edge.its very very quiet to operate, and the kid covers the entire top of the tank.All set up, primed, and ready for a beta now.If you're OK with a few quirks, this is a cool setup and good value.
