I have doubts that I could use this and do it correctly, but I’m pleased to say it doesn’t look half bad. I’m working with a 17yo cream-colored leather sectional that has had years of wear, no holes or long tears or pet damage, just years of use, mostly by people with jeans that would impart extra dye on the light-colored leather. Though tedious to apply and work in over large areas, it worked. The color match is not perfect and may look flawed in full sun, but it seems good enough for me. Time will tell if the repair will last, but it does look much better. My only concern is that it’s not much product, and I could achieve a close enough match with only a couple of the tubes. The rest is of no use to me, and I will likely toss it. I’ve already ordered more, because I have more work to do.

This is a great way to cover scratches. I have a beautiful beige leather couch that had several small but visible scratches that had turned black. I tried massaging them with leather cream, treating them with a leather cleaner, etc. Nothing worked. This treatment really works. Just blend the colors carefully, follow directions with the alcohol and the leather buffer. Let it set overnight. The scratches are now invisible!

I can't believe how easy it was to create a custom shade to match the cream-colored leather on my bed. It had been scratched and pulled off when I accidentally scraped my leg cast against it. Also, if you start with a shade that doesn't exactly match (too light in my case) you can add another layer over it. I was surprised that I needed to add a little Grey to my mixture to get it to match perfectly! It took only a few minutes to mix. Excellent product!!! Highly recommend

Had a couple cuts to the ivory leather seats on my Subaru Outback. First, the tubes have their color IDs in faint lettering near the nozzle, if that's helpful. I am posting a handful of photos. No one color or combination of colors would work in my instance. My Ivory leather was darker than anything in this kit. My additional observation was that the product would require a couple coats to cover. I opted for the MastaPlasta Instant Self-Adhesive Premium Leather Repair Patch (Flag & Eagle designs). Of course, it's clear that product is not a match. That wasn't my consideration. I wanted a patch to prevent further damage. Be wary that these patches will not be removed easily, if at all. My next option may be to apply a leather dye to the patches. I don't want to do seat covers.

Easy to use. Doesn’t look great but it will keep it from splitting more

I bought this product to repair an old vinyl couch that had many small nicks in the cushions. It worked very well. The damage filled in and it really doesn't show unless you really get up close to the repairs. The cushions can be sat on without any separation of damage to the repairs. I am quite happy with this product.

Tubes of Mix DO NOT have color name on them, they need color name on tubes. (update: names are there, but hard to read as they are in a whitish stencil, they need to stencil the color names with contrasting stencil in comparison to paint color)Tubes of mix really need more material in them, 20ml is really not enough, a bigger kit would be nice.Great color mixing chart, user should be able to accurately mix the right color with this chart.Overall a good kit for repairing/recoloring leather chairs.Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good color matching kit, if only mix tubes had color names on them.Value for money:Great price
