Seems to be a very sturdy holder.
It went together fairly easily - except the nuts and washers to put the casters on were not in the box. Luckily I found some at the local hardware store. After that it went smoothly. I rated it 4 star because of the missing nuts and washers.

Arrived defective
I'm skeptical about the 600lbs weigh limit. My clothing is not that heavy but the pipes holding the weight are snapped together mostly and are on the thin side. Assembly was easy. The bottom bar that allows the wheels to be inserted was defective. It was drilled by the manufacturer and is slightly off so, one wheel is crooked and will not roll property. I got it fully assembled and that was the only issue. Not worth me sending back and waiting for another so.... I'm rolling with it. I'd probably try a different rack next time. This was for a temporary move the price could be a little lower because of the quality
