UPDATE - the company responded to my review with an offer of refund or replacement, which I appreciated. I chose to have a replacement and this arrived quickly. The replacement is a different model, the wiring is more sturdy and it heats up well. I still find it less than comfortable, with the flat wired side against the eyes and would like it more if it was the soft flax seed side against the eyes, but that side does not heat up much. But I will continue using it, and appreciate the responsiveness of the company.This mask functions very inconsistently. Sometimes it won't heat up at all, or if I leave it turned on for 10-15 minutes it heats up. but on the wrong side. The soft padded side doesn't heat at all, and the stiff side heats up very well (after the long initial wait.) Very disappointing.

This Aroma Season mask is prefect! I love it. I love everything about it! Comfortable on eyeballs, time and temp settings are adjustable, easy and perfect. Heats up my entire eye area. My nose works very well and I have not experienced any bad smells like I saw in another review. Plus the price is super reasonable! I purchased another brand over a year ago my eye doctor recommended for $100 and have maybe used it 10 times at most in over a year. It is actually a little painful to use. If I get it snug enuf to feel any heat it hurts the middle of my eyeballs. It seems to have a rope type shape so doesn't lay on my eyes without me trying to force it flatter with my fingers before use. I went back to the microwave masks instead until I tried the Aroma Season mask. Now that is all I use. I hate everything about the $100 mask except the velvet cover. The velvet cover is awesome but has nothing to do with why I need a heated eyemask.

Die erste Wärmebrille erwärmte sich nicht richtig. Der Kundenservice hätte mir das Geld zurück gegeben oder eine neue kostenlose Lieferung angeboten. Dafür habe ich mich entschieden. Die funktioniert einwandfrei frei! Tolle Brille, super Kundenservice!! Die 1. Brille musste ich nicht zurücksenden. Den Weg zur Post habe ich damit gespart.

So easy to use. Very relaxing and treats and prevents dry eye. Best product that I reviewed too.

I’ve always used the eyes pad that have to be microwaved, this however was really effective and simple to use, throughly recommended for those with dry eyes
