This a a great solution for working remotely, great range and good sound quality. The battery lasts a long time it's got a padded headband for comfort and it's just easy to use.

I love this headset. The noise cancellation is great and the sound quality crisp. It syncs with Microsoft Teams on my desktop and works with Siri on my iPhone. It works great with Bluetooth for taking calls at work from my phone and it works great as desktop speakers. It's certainly a little pricier than other options but certainly worth it.

I am using Plantronics heads set for last 7 years and this is the 3rd one and found others complaining voice quality issues, I am not able to mute and, many times other people cannot hear while I can and have to restart the same several time

I got this and wore it for just a few minutes and realized its going to be a problem. The headset was just too tight. But luckily the top band is metal so I stretched out the headset to loosen it up and not be so tight and pinching my head. That helped alleviate the tightness and stop my headache... thankfully. Otherwise this head set is just too tight and my head is on the smaller side. But other than that I think the sound cancellation works well, sometimes im in a meeting and running my espresso machine and other listeners can't hear it running. I dont think I can run the steam wand though that is pretty loud but who knows, maybe its silenced too, haven't tried. Love the ability to hit the mute whenever I need from the mic boom, and it tells you its muted so you have confirmation. Love it. The sound quality is just meh, I expect pretty good quality from a nearly 200 dollar head set. I got this on prime day for a good deal though. Love the battery life I can make it through a day or two without charging. I also like how when you turn it on it tells you the battery status. One thing I will say is this seems like it needs a long time to connect fully to your computer and if you switch it on and immediately answer a call or jump in a teams meeting it may not connect your voice but its easy to fix you just have to drop out and back in.

Battery life is incredible!!!!! Very good overall sound quality. Very sturdy build quality. These are "on ear", so the noise cancellation isn't 100%, but that's good as I use these while driving my work van. Pairing to two devices isn't always perfect either. I have a wide head so the pressure against my ears is a bit much for extended use, but that pressure also comes in handy as they don't fall off my head, so it's an acceptable tradeoff. My only "complaint" would be the microphone. When it's extended for use it's perfectly placed, when you move it back to standby it sticks out a good bit. So if your in close quarters, like on a plane, be mindful not to bump into stuff.

So left phone on my desk at work. Will not pass cement and steal door out back had door open a crack and had to put function side against that crack. Front has windows and I am third cubicle in. Walked across parking lot and probably 100 yds or feet lost connection to computer and 20-40 more yds or feet lost phone. Impressed. Bought fuzzy for mic as it is sensitive. And I am going to 3D print something because without a hat it slides off.

I will say that they connected very easily to my work PC and I didn't have any issues with the connectivity. The sound quality was great and the mic worked perfectly. These are the reasons this is getting two stars vs one star. I tried these for 3 days of work. I wear them for 8 hours a day and they were beyond uncomfortable. They hurt my ears and by the end of my day it was so bad it was even causing me a headache. I will definitely be returning these. For the price that they cost I expected them to be far more comfortable. I have the BT600 from Plantronics that I bought 4 years ago and THOSE are more comfortable even now than this new pair. I was excited about them because my original ones I loved so much but these were just a let down.

The headset was easy to use and connected to my computer using the dongle with ease. I had a good range and sound. Battery life was great as I work a12 hour shift and there were no issues. After almost a year the mute wasn't working all the time and then the headset has now quit working entirely. Now I need to find a new headset but I'm afraid if I get another one of these it will die.
