While the pads are super bulky it was extremely helpful having these the first few days postpartum.

This were amazing. Held temperature for a long period of time to help with pain relief. They were perfect size and comfortable to wear. Fit in a variety of postpartum underwear and disposable diapers.

These were so great for postpartum! They stayed cold for a good while, were easy to sit on and it was super nice to be double usage as a pad instead of having multiple things to worry about. They’re very absorbent!

My go to gift for new mom’s! Everyone is looking out for baby, make sure to help to take care of mom! Has everything you need right there.

These products do work and get the job done but I feel like they are necessary. The pads are like a thinner always night pad. Right after having a baby you are not using a pad this thin and light by itself.The foam is nice but I think it feels a little weird. I have not tried it in the fridge like it says for extra relief. However, I was able to bring home things from the hospital that does the same thing. That may or may not be an option for some.

Nurses told me you should only be using the ice packs for about 24 hours (ie: once you’re home from the hospital you shouldn’t be using them anymore) so kind of a waste in this kit. I was better off with just the undies and witch hazel foam
