Don't find this particularly easy to get on have to get my husband to help me. However once in place it does make me bring my shoulders back. My posture is very bad due to osteoporosis and fractures in my back. Probably need something more rigid but then find it uncomfortable on my ribs, this one comes under the bust so it is better from that point of view. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't sit in a good position while working at a desk etc.

Good quality for the price, comes with instructions. Comfy to wear, gives nice support. I had some neck pain and it helps with it! Don't overdo it, be patient with the results and when not wearing still maintain the proper posture.

Too cumbersome had to return it.

I have slim shoulders but already I have realised that to hold my shoulders in the correct position I have to tension the straps in the maximum position to maintain adequate stability in order to maintain the correct posture. This despite attending regular x 2 weekly gym sessions in order to correct this problem. I have no diagnosed medical conditions. This particular posture corrected will have a limited life for me. I should also add that I have a BMI of 24.

I ordered this because I scrunch up my shoulders when typing and constantly leave with shoulder and neck pain. I was impressed with how easy it is to adjust the straps. Due to the snug nature of the back support, it's uncomfortable to wear on bare skin, but it's very comfortable over a T-shirt or base layer. I was shocked that after one day of wearing it, I didn't have any of the usual neck cramps or shoulder pain.And as an added benefit, having a straight back gives me a better bust. I'm ordering more for some family members.
