Want to buy in UK.
I love this little gem but being averse to creating a wadge of carbon pollution I I don't want to have the little darling dragged from the US to the uK. Why, oh why don't they distribute these wonderful Wonder Washes here. I had one 20 years ago and stupidly gave it to one of my children. Never seen again, of course! Please help me, Laundry Alternative or Ecowash or whatever you now call yourself.

Solid option for manual washing
I have owned and used this product for a month now, so I will try to be as in depth as possible.I got this for my studio apartment since laundromats were adding up in price. This fits in my bathtub which is where I store it and I just move it out when I shower.Best way to use: I have found that this is best for small loads of course, and is better if you do not try to fill it more than 3/4 of the way max. I do not recommend using hot water if you let you clothes soak, as I have had some color bleeding issues that I don’t with a traditional machine. Thankfully this is small enough to wash everything by its specific color, rather than all colors at once.I typically put clothes in, add some cold water and spin to get all of the clothes wet. I then add detergent and more water, spin it for about a minute and then let it sit for a bit before spinning again. To rinse I drain the water, then fill it up again with more cold water and spin it, and then I will drain and repeat if needed. This machine is very simple. That being said, this machine will not be able to do things like get out deodorant build up on shirts and things like that.Cons: there are not many cons to this machine that aren’t to be expected. It’s an inexpensive laundry solution, so it isn’t the most sturdy thing. The little buttons that hold the sides on fall off sometimes, and the lid did crack. However, when the lid cracked I contacted the company and in less than 24 hours they had a replacement lid in the mail to me, so I don’t count this as a con.One thing that I did have to really fight with though is the suction. The suction is annoyingly strong. Since I store this in the bathtub and move it out when I shower, I have managed to cut myself on the metal pin that holds the lever on a few times trying to get it out. I ended up cutting slits into the suction so it is more portable, and that’s been working well for me thus far.Drying is hard. This machine obviously doesn’t have a spin cycle, so your clothes will come out wet. For smaller items, I found a salad spinner to be sufficient. For larger items I end up needing to put my drying rack in the bathtub with a big fan on to help speed up dry time.Overall, this is a worth while purchase are far as washing manually goes, and is far easier than doing it in the bathtub with a big spoon!

Does the job well
This is a good for small apartments. The manual says to use 1 Tbs of laundry detergent for a small load. I cut open a tide pod and used 1 tsp of it for a large load and that was plenty. My clothes seem much cleaner as they are not picking up random gunk from communal machines.Putting it together was easy. The tab covers on one side didn’t fit, but they’re just for esthetics. Be sure and turn the suction cups so they lay flat. I didn’t get one side to suck very well, and it was okay. I was rushing and just held it secure with my other hand. When you’ve loaded it and put the top on the drum it feels like you’re going to break it when you bring down the lever to seal it closed. You’re not. Also, when you’re done, the drain pipe can be tricky. You have to really stick it in there and twist, and then it drains just fine, albeit slowly. I refilled my load with water and rinsed twice.I did my laundry in the bathtub initially in case of possible leaks. There were none, and my back and knees protested. So I moved it to the kitchen counter. I purchased the Ninja dryer to go with and that is a game changer. For the price, this was a good purchase. It saves me time and money, and my clothes come out cleaner. It doesn’t seem very sturdy but so far it’s doing just fine. If it drained faster and felt sturdier I’d give it 5 stars.

Pretty Good, Impressed
So far this works really well, can do towels , jeans sweaters, I did my jacket, hat. When you spin it the thing sounds just like a washer lol. Wish it wasn't plastic but you could make a nice stand or something. The drum seems leak proof so far but I really like it. I also bought the ninja spin dryer and it's pretty freeking awesome too.So big update, it's been a year I think since buying and I've used it a lot. Works good for the most part but then about 6 months in the lid broke. The plastic cracked open right where the pressure lock locks. Haven't contacted them yet to replace it but will give update. Now it really leaks but is still usable, and I say ,really, because it always leaked a little.

It's awesome for what it is
This is better than the giant salad spinner model of manual washer that I used to have.It worked like a charm for a few months but now it's starting to leak water out the spout section (even when the spout is not attached).I've actually solved this issue by putting the whole thing in my bathtub instead of my countertop and I must say, it is fine. The spout isn't really that good for draining the water. In order to rinse the clothes after washing with detergent, I have to take the clothes out, put them into a strainer and run water over them. Or sometimes I'll soak them in a giant pasta pot.Either way, it's not a seamless solution. Also, wringing out the clothes is inevitable.Bottom line, you're washing your clothes by hand.It is what it is.I like it, but it's very time consuming. It's good as a backup to a laundromat.I use it for delicates and workout clothes.I can even fit an entire sheet in it.Towels no.

Don't Waste Your Time
I really really wish I could give this a good review. The customer service/ease of return was great, but I only know that because I had to return it after 2 very small loads.I almost didn't buy it because of the other reviews but decided to take a chance, after all, not all the reviews were bad, and this was exactly the washer I was looking for. BIG MISTAKE.I started out small because I was worried about some of the flaws pointed out in other reviews (leaks, things coming apart, etc.) so I just did a couple of small loads (one with 3 pairs of leggings, and the other with 4 t-shirts). I couldn't even get the second load going because the lock/latch on the lid snapped right off. Without the latch working, the entire washer is unusable. The design is wonderful, I just wish the quality was such that this could be a viable option. Don't waste your time/money. Find something else.
