I bought this device to help clean my glasses as I felt like I couldn't get it as clean as I'd like with lens cleaner and a microfiber cloth. This device takes all the work out of cleaning and gives you better results than you would have gotten cleaning objects by hand. I started putting all sorts of objects like jewelry, silverware, a pocket knife and demonstrated it in front of my friends. They all wanted one for themselves (and that's what they're getting for Christmas)! Seriously, turned everything back to practically new condition. Many jaws dropped at the before and after.I like how you can detach the cord and I like the depth and the dimensions of this device. I like how the lid can be used as a drying tray. Only downside I could come up with is that the button placement makes it susceptible to water getting inside. I just put a piece of clean tape over it and it's no longer an issue. You could also just be a bit careful about filling with water, but I know I am too clumsy!Customer service is also excellent. I did have an issue with the first device, which they had addressed promptly and without fuss.You could buy more fancy, elaborate, and unsurprisingly more pricey version, but honestly, this one checks all the boxes and performs like a champ.

I bought this item to clean a filter on a medical speaking valve, I had tried everything I could think of and using caustic or acidic cleansers is NOT an option. I took an old one and cleaned it for 3 cycles in ordinary bottled water. It worked fantastic! The old device that I could not breathe through is as good as new. I recommend this device to clean delicate items that cannot be cleaned with harsh cleansers or vinegar and baking soda. Worked so well I called my medical provider and told them about it.

First of all, this is not professional quality so it's not perfect. However, I knew this when I went to buy it.For the price I paid, I am very pleased. I tried it out several times on many different pieces of jewelry and found that it didn't get all the tarnish off of some of the pieces but most of those were more of my more "costume" pieces (not real gold or silver). On my "real" pieces it worked great, and all of my gemstones shined really pretty. As a sidenote, I used the pictured cleaner on all pieces of jewelry. I purchased it along side of the ultrasonic cleaner.Since the description stated that it will clean other items as well I also cleaned my glasses and they look great! I also cleaned my parent's glasses as well and they were both very impressed.I also decided to try it out on some make-up brushes and, as you can see, they turned out pretty good. The first make-up brush picture is before, the second after.The last two pictures I have shown are before and after pics of some earrings I cleaned. I love how they turned out!Overall, this is a purchase I am very glad I made and I will definitely be using it over and over again.

Our daughter is an optician and she has often told us we needed to use an ultrasonic cleaner for our glasses. She actually picked this one on Amazon, so we ordered it. We cleaned two pair of eyeglasses, a pair of sunglasses and some gold and silver necklaces. Everything came out sparkling!This is very easy and economical to use. Just fill with regular water and one drop of dish soap, turn it on. There are two timed options, 5 minutes or 10 minutes for deeper cleaning. This saves us time and money driving to the eye Dr. to get this level of clean.

The media could not be loaded. So I just got this product in the mail. I plug it in for a minute. I unplug the tray to fill it up with water But I still have the adapter plugged into the outlet and it starts after a few minutes I hear a spark sound and then I Smell A burning plastic smell then I go to unplug it and plug it back into the device and it’s not working and I just got it. I’m not very happy.

Nice looking but I returned it because when cleaning older or fragile vintage jewelry you need it to rest in a tray to keep it off the bottom of the unit or the stones can shake loose.

Wonderful product used it for what it was intended for, Plus. The instructions come with it. They are very small, but easy to use and well worth looking in the small print for the instructions.
