Simplicity Arco Bamboo handbag with handles, multicolored, 16.5 x 12.7 cm

This wasn't an entirely smooth purchase, originally the handles I received only had 1 instead of 4 of the rings which you need to attach them to the bag you are making. However, I received a replacement very quickly and as you can see above they really worked very well on the crocheted bag that I made. So a good purchase.

I make crochet bags and my customer today sent me these photos. The metal bar or screws I'm not sure which have come out of the handle, hence once side has come away. These were crocheted into the bag at the time it was made, so no way of replacing them without taking the bag apart. My customer isn't happy and neither am I. I'm £45 down, I'll have to have the bag posted back to me, try and repair it then post it back. A big loss for me, not happy at all. I've also just done another bag exactly the same, hope this doesn't happen, I'll not be using these again!
