This did nothing for me
I've used this for over a year now. I started at a half dose, just one pill per day, after 90 days, no change in blood pressure.I then went to the recommended dosage of 2 pills per day which I did one at breakfast, and one at dinner, after 90 days, no change in blood pressure.I then tried 2 pills with breakfast, after 90 days, still no change in blood pressure.Being 240lbs, I decided to try 1 pill 3x a day(1.5x recommended dosage) breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Unfortunately, work life changed at the same time so I cannot really tell if the changes that came about are do to product, the work changes, or combination of both....
