really nice bit of kit, plays my old retro games great, and even upgraded itself to windows 11 without any issues, i bought a separate mouse though , but the keyboard is fine

It seems a great product, have just set it up, so teething problems seem normal I'd say. Not everything worked super smoothly but after a while I was up and running. The pen was provided, the touch screen is responding well, no marks or scratches, the keyboard is very good and probably new, the packing was very neat. It seems in excellent conditions.As said by someone else, the holder for the pen does not slot anywhere so I am not sure why they provide it. And the device gets hot quickly so the fan starts also fairly quickly - that's not so good.I bought it as a second, more on the go, PC and to have a tablet, so that is fine especially considering the price!! Would not use it as my main PC though, but all in all I am very happy.

Excellent bit of kit. But this is the LTE version.. the sd card slot (which would have been useful) is replaced by a SIM card slot. However, as I understand the internal sdd is replaceable if you know how.

First of all this laptop is heaps better then the surface pro 4 which is its competitor. This laptop is really fast and can have several apps open at once and this is made possible by the core i5 (exclusive to higher spec models) I have the core i5. Also it has amazing charge times. The fan can be noisy at points but I am willing to overlook this as it has many good aspects. In real world use you will get about 2-3 hours of battery life from the time you unplug it to the time it turns off. The charger is really small and compact and does feel of a higher quality unlike many others. The keyboard sounds a bit springy however is very responsive and does the job just fine. The shift key is very small and badly located but is alright as you can just use other shift keys. It also boots really quickly and is very responsive from the start. I also like that it can be used as a normal tablet and it can be also a laptop. I really like the laptop and I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a surface like laptop. Mine is also very bright on the display. Also with mine I have the option to add a 4G LTE sim and that unlocks you to roam or work in the park on a sunny day.

All in all quite a good laptop/tablet and understand this was refurbished , but as shown in picture, no pen was included and to buy this would cost around a further £80.
