Don’t waste your time. Snapped in half.
This thing sucks. I put a wig on it to brush through and it broke in half. I’ve had it for like, a day and a half and it’s the jankiest thing. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but it literally broke the second there was any stress put on it (I’m brushing out a tangly wig, but I had support on the head, so there was barely any stress.) Don’t bother with it, it’s a waste of time and money

Cheap product not sturdy.
I have to change my review! After a replacement the new stand broke exactly where the old stand broke not a good product at all not sturdy enough to hold a solid mannequin head this is for people who use the Styrofoam mannequin head. This review is accurate the seller wants us to provide them with a good review to receive a new product in a "few months" don't nobody have time for that! In that "few months" time I could save my coins and buy a better product 🥴 bye Felicia!

Cheap junk
I was so looking forward to this stand as I just started cosmetology classes... but as soon as I placed a mannequin head on the tripod and turned it... it snapped in half. The swivel ball is made out of cheap plastic. What a disappointment!!! This thing is a cheap piece of junk... buyer beware!!!!

REVO WIG STAND? LAWD, Y, OH Y ABSOGLOW?!! What'd I do to deserve this?
Now to be fair, I bought this some time ago, (believe it was during the beginning of the global hellscape that history shall henceforth call "CV2020"), so I hope that this adequately explains why I have only gotten around to reviewing this canvas head wig making stand, cuz once again--{{{!!!HELLSCAPE EARTH 2020!!!}}}Anyway, it's been something I've used time and time again, mostly for making wigs, etc. & I've been mostly happy with it. So overall, PRO-GO All the way.... Now, I have a couple of things that I'm not over the moon about & here they are:1) I REALLY don't like how the head block seems to be so heavily unstable that it just ups & tips down into spaces counterproductive to my creative vibe. It almost feels like it has a core of liquid mercury that decides on it's own to move JUST when I'm finishing up my my Piece de Resistance on my latest creation & this girl ain't down with that Imagine trying to do someone's hair when they're drunk as hell & their head is literally rolling side to side, back & forth with absolutely NO warning or expectation.... Just sayin'2) The other, less creation crushing issue I have with it is the tripod seems to have occasional problem with suddenly getting into the play with the block, (whispering , "hey, watch this"), right before dropping down what seems to be 3 feet at 3 times the speed of light - not a complete deal breaker but in terms of frustration & several near cardiac events, this is something that needs redesigned because there's nothing like finding oneself doing something that;s very delicate & suddenly finding that the wig making block has disappeared from in that perfectly sweet space right in front of your face to about a .5 inch above your ankles. At first, I thought it was an issue that was my fault, ie, that I hadn't tightened the the tightening nut enough but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-PPE! Tain't stable enough to guarantee that the tripod stays in place. So, be mindful of this issue. Short of gluing it in place, (which would bring forth another set of problems, meaning that the tripod would be locked into whatever position it's glued into, so there's that. Overall, EVEN with all the issues & IN SPITE of the annoying problems, it's STILL worth the purchase for lovelies like yours truly who have the skills to make their own units . Just want to let you ladies & gents know ahead of time what the issues I found to give you a head's up.

Thrilled with my purchase!
Being fairly new to the world of alternative hair, it's certainly been a steep learning curve - however - this particular wig stand has been one of my most helpful items yet. Not only does it allow me to style my wigs in advance--but I can also now do so comfortably and at eye level, to boot. In addition, this stand completely discourages curious pets from getting up close and personal, as well...considering I once had a very costly piece attacked by a stealthy kitten! Thanks so much for making my recent faux hair journey just that much easier, Revo :))

Sturdy, adjustable and affordable
I am a teacher and I bought this stand so that it was easier to demonstrate various processes to my students as they could easily gather around this stand rather than the table mounted stand that the heads are usually sold with. This product was easily adjustable to varying heights so it could be used comfortably by individuals of different heights as well as if the user is seated. I liked that it is collapsible, very sturdy, came with a carry bag making it easy to transport and all the mannequin heads I own fit comfortably on the tripod top.

You won’t be disappointed!!
My step daughter took these photos; and sent them to me! Sorry they aren’t the best.Upon receiving- I opened the package and examined everything and set it up. It was awesome. Christmas came and she got the stand and the head! She is in love with the stand. For the price we paid it was worth it! It is very sturdy. It can be shorter or taller. The legs come out farther then my daughter had them out. It was a great idea. I definitely need one for myself now.. that’ll be the next thing I get off of here!Thank you amazon for having some of the best products out there— the best products that are also affordable.

Too many problems
While these stands look good, they just don't hold up. Even with light use, the post have a tendency to break. The metal used in the thumbscrews is not hardened and the screws will strip. This is mainly effecting the upper clutch and as a result, the head cannot be held at a usable height. We've bought 45 of these.... all 45 have failed. If the post hasn't snapped, the screw has stripped. If the screw hasn't stripped, the post has snapped. Usually, it's a combination of both. Usually the screw will strip after the head post has broken. We're not going to purchase these anymore. It's not a good purchase decision. We tried. Not worth it. Not worth contacting the seller/manufacturer as these are systemic problems that they're not going to fix.
