I first got these in a Wellness Box from Boots in the January 2025. I just thought i will stick with them. They work. they do have a hint of lavender in the taste and they smell just like lavender.

Not sure how long the benefits of taking these tablets will take. I’m on my second packet. They taste revolting, a bit like furniture polish, but as the saying goes, the worse they taste, the better they will do you.

They help chill me out after a stressful day at work. You can smell the lavender. Try before thinking of taking medication.

I cannot do without my daily tablet!! These are amazing and have really helped me with work anxiety.

Made no difference to my sleep quality. I didn't like the taste at all. I feel like I wasted money.

So I don't usually have much trouble getting to sleep but I have a lot of difficulty staying asleep or getting back to sleep, especially if I'm woken up by the kids or dogs for some reason.I didn't hold out much hope for these tablets as they don't contain magnesium but actually they've been really good when I've used them in conjunction with the pillow spray from the same brand. I've been taking them for the last week and even when I've been woken up I've been able to get back to sleep within 10 minutes or so, which is very unusual for me (normally I'd be awake for the next 2 or 3 hours) so I'm very impressed.Would definitely recommend giving them a try if you're having problems with the quality of your sleep like me.
