Cute activity for the 5-11+ year olds. They loved the tiny bottles and endless supply of glitter, leaves, gems, sparkles and charms to add to the Fairy Potions. Naming each potion was a fun and creative thinking activity. We added some bottles to our Fairy Garden and made up storied to go with each potion. The corks could fit a little better but spilled potion just means time to make more!

Got these as an activity for my 11 year old daughter's fairy-themed birthday party. Didn't get to use them that day but she and her best friend made them another day and loved them! I actually sat down and made a few as well and had a lot of fun too.They come with cute "ingredients" and sticker labels but we had fun supplementing these with our own tiny crystals, clear beads, glitter and other craft supplies.The bottles are plastic but once they are filled they feel really sturdy like glass! And the stoppers are some kind of dense rubber or soft plastic, not cork, which is nice because natural cork will eventually harden and become crumbly. The bottoms of the heart and rounded bottles are a little unstable, which makes them wobble a bit, but they still stand upright if left alone.Not particularly difficult for kids to do, but the bottles are tiny and require a steady enough hand not to spill when filling them so probably better for kids around 8 and up, unless they have really good fine motor skills or don't mind you helping them.Overall a SUPER cute kit and great gift for the fairy lover in your life. I plan on ordering another one!

This potions kit was a hit with my 6 year old daughter and her friends. They loved all the mix ins and different bottles. They liked making their own but made each of the options in the book too. The little fairy wand is a great touch! Great value for money. We have run out of bottles and my daughter has asked me to buy more because we still have lots of materials left. I’m glad they have blank labels as well.

This was almost perfect for a party. The only adjustment I would give is provide short widemouth glitter containers so little hands can scoop glitter with less spillage.

This potion kit is awesome! We got it for our eight year olds birthday. They were able to read the instructions independently. There are numerous potion recipes plus extra space and materials to make up their own!

My niece made one of these potions for my daughter (3 years old) and I thought it was so cute so I just had to order a kit so me and my daughter could make them too. I think I might like it more than my daughter lol she’s not really old enough to do it herself so I have to ask her what ingredients she wants in it and I have to help her pour and what not so it doesn’t go everywhere and I kinda gotta give her ideas on what each ingredient is for, like for example we said the unicorn horn represent protection, the unicorn hair represents protection and happiness (since there’s only 2 unicorn horns I wanted to give something else the ‘power’ of protection too), the ocean stars means family (I asked her which one she wanted to mean family and she picked that) and the glow in the dark beads give insight/light to guide the way. This is such a great activity to bond with your kiddo and get creative. It also has a booklet that gives directions and also has ingredients for already made potions. It only comes with the colors red, blue, and yellow but you can mix them to create different colors (green, purple, orange) and be careful because the colors stained my hands 🙃 and my 3 year old was able to get the lids off herself when I thought that they were child proof and they’re not so just a little heads up there. I would say the string is only long enough really to make like 2(?) necklaces so if you’re wanting to make necklaces I would get more string for that, also the string is purple. Our kit came with the long straight tubes, the shorter straight ones, the round bottom ones and like 2 heart ones.

My daughter and her friends really love this set. It's hours of entertainment. I've purchased several sets for birthday presents and the kids have a lot of fun playing with this. The quality is great. These bottles and ingredients have held up well over time.
