Awesome, quick, easy, kitten pen! Pops up easy, nice size, durable material! It is very helpful in keeping tiny kitten safe, secure, and yet in same space as family and other pets.

Best soft-sided cage I could find (& I looked at many) for a cat recovering from surgery! When my senior cat had to wear a cone & be contained for a month following a major surgery, this tent-like cage served as a cozy yet sturdy cage for his recovery. It’s so roomy that I could easily fit a bed, large stuffed animal (for comfort), & a soft bath mat in the main compartment, with plenty of room for him to sleep, eat, & even play. I couldn’t believe how roomy & sturdy it was. The smaller tent fits a full size litter box that my chonky boy had plenty of room to stand up in & scratch around in while using the box. The litter box section has a special opening for easy cleaning! There’s a short tunnel that connects the 2 compartments & it’s wide enough to accommodate a cone. While his recovery was not easy, he really seemed to feel safe & cozy in his little tent. Now that his recovery is over, he still likes to sleep in it. I guess it made him feel safe during a traumatic time. It’s sturdy (just be sure to trim their claws as they will try to scratch their way out at first, although the mesh seems very sturdy & held up well) & also very easy to assemble (2 small discs that pop open to full size tents, then you zipper them together). Other reviews comment how difficult it is to squash it back down to put away for storage…I haven’t tried this yet but it does seem like it will be harder to put away than it was to assemble. But for an emergency medical situation, the ease of assembly was more important to me than dealing with putting it away later. The zippers are very sturdy (I can’t even tell you how many times I must have opened & closed them over the last month & they never jammed). It’s overall very secure & my kitty was not able to escape (except for one time when I accidentally left one part of the main flap open when cleaning his litter box, which was my fault & not a flaw in the design). I honestly can’t recommend this cage enough. It got me & my baby safely through a very difficult time. I even sent the link to the surgeon so they can recommend to others. As for keeping clean, be proactive & put wee wee pads on the floor of both compartments before you put in the bed, blankets, litter box, food dish, etc…just for your peace of mind in case of spillage or accidents. I put pads underneath both tents as well, just for an added layer of protection. Litter will be scattered during normal use, but can be swept up or vacuumed. Great product that really did everything I needed it to do in a very challenging situation.

The fabric and zippers seem to be durable and of good quality. I use this for a senior cat who needs to be confined because she forgets where the litter box is. The multiple zippers offer various points of access which is nice. The cat seems to like it since it gives her security yet she can see what's going on. It's light enough to move it as needed. Better than a clunky metal cage. I really like the separate compartment for the litter box.

Bought this to keep our cat confined while recovering from leg surgery. He’s a 2-yr old and was almost too big but we made it work by switching to put the bed in small side and litter box in large side. Easy to set up and also very easy to access cat. Easy to keep clean. Sturdy and kept shape, easy to move around. Most importantly he seemed to feel safe and comfortable in it. No doubt it contributed to his recovery. But watch out when the time comes to put that thing away! Watched video 25 times at least and still ended up just smashing it as best we could and quickly getting straps on before it exploded. I had to lay over it to hold down while the hubby squeezed it into the elastic. (We are in our 70’s, can you imagine? Don’t think we’ve wrestled together that much since we were first married!) LOL. All in all though, a great product for what we needed. One star off for difficulty folding the dang thing up.

This playpen was so perfect! It was sturdy and held its shape and kept our kitten safe and secure for a week while she recovered from her spay surgery. I loved that the cat box was in a separate room and was easy to remove and clean. Our kitty was able to be secure but see us and had just enough room to stretch and play. She was mildly sedated for the week (just a little more sleepy) but was alert and contained in her safe playpen. She didn’t go stir-crazy in there and even clawed a few times when she was playing but nothing got damaged. Highly recommended!!!!!

We bought this as a temporary home for a feral TNR when we learned he wasn't healthy enough to be released after the surgery. It pops up so easily and is light weight. The smaller enclosure with the two zippers is brilliantly designed. So easy to remove the litter tray with the bottom opening, and cleaning is quick with the upper opening. It has enough height for the kitty to sit up and enough room to walk around in. We place the food and water near the front, so it is easy to replace with the zipper opening. The opening between the two compartments is wide enough for kitty to go back and forth comfortably. I honestly can't think of something wrong with it. It works perfectly for what we need. Kitty is feral and scared so we cover the dwelling with blankets to help him stay calm. Great product.

Literally the BEST thing could've purchased to litter box train kittens. These kitties were born to a stray cat, so they did NOT know how to use the litter box. This thing provides awesome space for them to sleep, play, rest, and to go in the litter box in the side compartment. They've also turned it into their playground for climbing and let me tell you -- it is kitten proof! No scratches, no tears. Amazing product.

This item looks nice and it is roomy to a degree. But it is hard to keep clean and is not water proof. I was using it to separate one of my adult cats from the other. But water seeped right through the bottom of the tent damaging my wood floor. The material is also pretty flimsy for the price.
