Edit: the company reached out immediately and went above and beyond to rectify my issue. I highly recommend trying their productsI was so excited to get this pad. I looked at dozens and read hundreds of reviews. I’m not really sure why it gets so many good reviews at this price point.When it arrived I opened it immediately and shook out really well. I fluffed up each pocket then I put it on the dryer on low for 30 minutes. I shook it out again really good then put it on my bed.I spend a lot of time in bed due to health issues and a bad back and hips. I have tried every combo of mattresses, toppers and pads. As soon as I got in it sank in the middle completely to where I was just on the bed with fabric in between. I could feel the seams on my back and it was really hot. I tried it for about an hour and a half and was in more pain and more uncomfortable that without it. It’s back in the box now and im super disappointed.I have a mattress cover not even a thick pad that I only paid $20 for that doesn’t even sink to the mattress like this one does.There must be better out there for the money or o just got a defective one that wasn’t filled enough

I like the gray color, very thick and soft. Gives the bed a full look of comfort.

Needed added padding for my sofa bed. This topper fit perfectly. Was able to fold up the sofa bed with no problem topper stayed in place.Was worth the price. Having guess over and sleeping on sofa bed is much more comfortable with added topper.

I was very skeptical when I was looking for a topper, I actually bought a memory foam topper, then this. Still waiting on the topper, but this came today. I have my old memory foam topper from Walmart on my bed still and this on top of it . Although it is more comfortable than it was with just the Walmart topper, I wouldn’t say it’s spectacular. It’s definitely worth the $69 though!I love how it fits around your mattress where it won’t slide off! I’d say for the money this is probably the best you’re going to get!On a sidenote, this is really sad I have to do all of this laying on a $3000 purple mattress! Without a topper, it hurts my hips and my back when I wake. Fingers crossed that i sleep decent after this!!
