This product was not good for me. It made me very nauseated and anxious. So I had to return it. It made me feel horrible my heart racing and I was spinning I thought I was going to pass out.

Drink with a lot of water and food in stomach. It helps minimize hunger well. Am losing weight. Also exercising and eating healthy. It helps embrace a lifestyle change successfully
