I've been using this product in capsule form to combat mail pattern hair loss. I wouldn't say its a 1-shot silver bullet but it's certainly effective. Used along with special hair loss shampoo this product helped my receding peaks to fill back in with hair. This product has also made my beard and other body hair grow in thicker and faster. Definitely something to add to your diet if your experiencing hair loss!
