I bought this product because my iPhone 11 Max Pro the ear speaker stop working. My technician is bee on vacation,he come back this Saturday and installed in my phone . The volume is very low and now my phone don't have face recognizing ability. And I can not get in touch whit Amazon. My advice to every costumer DO NOT buy FROM THIS COMPANY.Now I need to purchased new phone.

Cheap tools with this kit
Unfortunately the speaker did not work after installing it. Also the tools that are in the kit are extremely fragile. I was able to use the because of them breaking right away.
