This came in a cardboard drum which was impossible to open - I broke six nails trying and my nails are short anyway. In the end my husband pulled one end and pulled the other and we eventually got it open!! I nearly sent it back without opening as it was sos difficult. However the actual pillow seems excellent. It is comfortable, adjustable - doesn’t smell and I am hopeful it will work on a long flight…..time will tell. I also managed to get it back in the bag quite easily. Please make the drum packaging easier to open though!

This is good for supporting your head and neck when dozing during a flight etc.

Way more comparable and supportive than the standard ones! Highly recommend!

Shoulder injury necessitated daily use of this product over the past month or so.Great product save for a flaw that sees slippage of material over inner foam and exposure of fabric rails to the Velcro, which in turn clogs with while rail material and seems very tricky to get out.If u only need this for the odd flight now and again product will be just fine.

Bought this and took on holiday to Indonesia recently. Very supportive. Not very comfortable when chair is upright (I am short so the chair neck pillow doesn’t fit me properly) but when I reclined the seat it was super comfortable. You can wrap it tight or loose around your neck. It does look and fits like a neck brace but arrived at my destination with NO neck pain, discomfort or stiffness. Also bought one for my husband who objected at point of purchase but in the end was happy I did. Not too bulky wraps up quite small in a travel bag.

Purchase this for a long haul flight and found it comfortable and supportive, and while trying to sleep it kept my mouth closed hopefully preventing me from snoring.

Returned as didn’t feel like it gave any support at all. It allowed your head to flop forward and sideways and was not deep enough even for my short neck.

I have a long neck and this works pretty well. It doesn't pack down quite as small as my "turtl" but it's a bit less fiddly and less "strangly" than that. It doesn't smell of any chemicals, thankfully and it was good value. I have yet to find something that lets me combine noise cancelling headphones with neck support...that would be the holy grail.
