Other customers said the holes didn’t align and you couldn’t move it by yourself, but I didn’t find that to be true. It’s a little hard to move by yourself, but not impossible, especially if your surface is carpeted and you can tilt it for leverage. The diagram might make it look like you’re building it backwards, but trust it and it will come out right. Was able to install all the shelves and screws with just the included tools and my fingers. Everything was well organized and separated in the packaging, so it helped with the assembly process. Overall footprint in the room was small/minimal, while still holding a lot of books. I ended up using rocks/crystals as bookends for the open-ended sides. This bookcase was beautiful, grey wood/black metal colors exactly as shown in the picture, and well worth the $160.

This corner shelf fits nicely and looks good in the room. Assembly took some time and patience, but the parts were labeled which helped a lot. It’s tall and offers plenty of storage space. My wife really likes using it to display her knickknacks. Overall, it’s a solid piece that works well in the corner.

Easy to put together, seems to be very sturdy & well made, also looks really good. All the reviews complaining of misaligned holes or missing holes all together, if you pay attention to the directions, you will not have ANY issues. They specifically tell you in the instructions when to be cautious about orientation of the certain pieces. I was able to easily put together by myself and did not have to undo a single thing to back track. Do not go rogue & think you don't need to read instructions & you'll do just fine. I'm a 50 year old female and managed assembly very easily myself

Extremely pleased with this corner shelf! Lots of room for all my collectibles. Great design with black frame and dark wood shelves. It's very sturdy. I even felt comfortable not securing it to the wall with provided hardware, although I have no kids or pets in my home. Very pleased with my purchase. Do allow plenty of time to assemble. It took me 3 hours, but I am a patient person. In the end, you will be very satisfied.

I LOVE this bookshelf. Fits SO MANY Books (Probably over 125 books if you have that many). Great for my purpose and space. Compact but tall so it's great. Assembly takes 2 people for a total of 2 hours but the instructions make it easier.

Actually decent Chinese furniture off Amazon. Nothing’s flush but it’s good enough. Hardware’s thick for the job. No stupid particleboard stuff like the cam-locking bolts. Instructions could be better, had to disassemble a few portions when you find a hole’s somewhere else. Even with 3 different instances of this finished the bookshelf in under an hour. Looks fine and it’s stiff after completion feels like it’ll do its job fine if I don’t overdo it.

Easy to assemble, very very sturdy. At first it was a little off putting because it's not asymmetrical one side appear shorter than the other due to the way it is assembled. However it is great, serves it's purpose, nice and tall and holds ALOT of items.

These types of things can be hit or miss in terms of assembly, with holes not lining up, terrible bolts, etc. This one wasn't bad at all. I only had to snip out a portion of metal flash from a bolt hole, and file down some excess welds to get a nut in place. I'm not knocking a star for that, since honestly, it's part of flatpack furniture expectations. And as always, the instructions need CAREFUL attention, since the illustrations can be subtle. Once assembled, it's a good unit. SOLID. Stable. Looks good. I would buy this again.
