This is a very good supplement that helps your calcium to go to your bones and not to your arteries. I believe it's a better option than taking massive amounts of calcium as you get older. I highly recommend the supplement! Take it with some vitamin d as well.

I've been trying to make sure I get sufficient amounts of vitamins A, D, E, and K. I'm sensitive to Vitamin D supplements and have to depend on the sunshine and vitamin D lamps to get it, so I can't take D and K combined like so many people do. These liposomal drops are perfect for me as I can adjust my dose as necessary. They taste fine - mostly like oil - and don't upset my system in any way. I wanted the control of dosing more k2 depending on the vitamin D I’m taking (having learned that you need the co-factors: k2 and plenty of magnesium). As my initial dose, I doubled the dosage (10 drops) and to my pleasant surprise, the drops were virtually tasteless! There are some disgusting supplements (Lugol’s iodine) that I appreciate these drops. I’m hoping to send calcium where it belongs with this supplement; thereby protecting my heart and getting rid of calcium deposits in my joints.

Did research and this is one of the best vitamin k . It has mk4 and mk7 . Mk4 is even more efficient for calcium absorption in bone than mk7. Also very good quality of product .
