Be careful
I like this supplement and have been using it for several years. My only suggestion is that you do not order ahead. The expiration date for my July purchase was the same as the expiration dates for my January and March purchases. This makes it difficult for me to take all of them within the allotted time. Next time I will wait until I have onlya few left before ordering more.

I think it’s working
I decided to try Ca- AKG along with fisetin and sunflower lecithin after hearing about the anti-aging effect. I didn’t think anything of after the first until I got a complement on skin. I also took 200mg to 400mg of magnesium to offset any calcium overload.
