These are great for calming and relaxing- but I have endometriosis that was FINALLY under control after years of agony, and unfortunately the saffron affected my period, caused mid cycle spotting and terrible cramps again. These were the only thing I did different the month prior to that period, and cycle had been normal for > 1 year prior. Sad I can’t take them, they really did relax me!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:So far the taste is great, good for helping with restlessness and sleep. Good value for money, as other brands are twice as much. I haven't seen much improvement in behavior though.
