I wasn’t expecting these to work at all. I use one full dropper on days when I’m PMSing and it kind of takes the edge off my irritability and anxiety. I think the main ingredient that does it is reishi extract, so it might be cheaper and more effective to just buy that. The drops are sweet and bitter but don’t taste too bad (I used to use a kava tincture so I’m used to dealing with bad tastes)

Taste is kind of sweet but natural & not bad flavoring at all. Perfect & easy to use daily. I decided to try these as i ran out of my daily herbal capsules with nearly the same ingredients for the same use. These are a great alternative & work well. Im sold on this product. It will definitely become a daily item long term!

I can’t explain the taste. It’s gross. It tastes like the smell of a grandmas spice cabinet with age old stuff in there. Couple stars bc it felt better and it didn’t make any symptoms worse! Thinking it’s a placebo though.

It works well. I used it a week and a half before my cycle came on, twice a day. My cycle came on a day earlier than expected with mild pinching feeling. Not really cramping. I felt like sleepy and hot like usual when my cycle starts but not irritated or uncomfortable. TCM in a bottleThe photo is how much I used to see results. So the bottle should last four months.

So I started to take it the week before my period to see if it would help with my PMS and being a bloated angry bird.I felt like it did get rid of pms…. but then I just never got my period…now im 4 days late.I am normally very regular.

The flavor is a little weird and more herbally than anything, however, I have been taking this for about a month and do feel like it is helping me feel more relaxed and balanced in my hormones. My PMS isn't as many days and overall it helps me to relax. I will be repurchasing this again!

Was skeptical at first, but I’m going holistic due to recent events in my life and I’m super excited to say this one of the best moves I’ve made lately. I am excited to say after two cycles trying this, it has lessened my cramps and headaches. I didn’t know I was even going to get my period the next day because my cramps were barely present. I am used to having awful cramps that cause me to curl up in a ball with my heating pad the first two days of my cycle. This has helped me be more present as a wife and mom of two. Thank you!
