They are fitted by moulding them to your teeth. The first one I fit the top rolled over and even with a refit is rubbing my gum. They are fit like a football mouth piece and a choice needs to be made as to how hot you can stand to ensure a good fit. Once set up they stay in yourmouth over night and are much better fit than the non moulded type available on line or at your local retailer.

So I began researching and chose Mouth Guard because of the reviews and the value And with Mouth Guard you get 4 molds! I couldn't be more pleased. It was simple to follow the directions and mold to a near perfect fitting to my teeth and mouth and it is comfortable to wear (I say near perfect because I have to trim it a little). Lets face it wearing a mouth guard isn't something I want to do, but it definitely, in just a short few days use, has helped my condition. Well worth the try!

Does what it should. Easy to mold. But seems to kind of bunch after awhile

These arrived on time. The reviews were good. I needed something because I grind bad and my $400 bite plate won't work since I got an implant and it does not fit properly and I can't afford another one right now.I melted the first one, obviously my fault because the water was too hot. But no matter how many times I have placed in warm water I cannot get it to form to my mouth/teeth. Plus even though I have cut it the thing still is not comfortable in my mouth. Glad it worked for some people but I will have to pony up the money to get the real thing

This is my first teeth guard. In my experience I think is too thick, I am not used to it yet but overall it is fine.
