Lindt - Batons Kirschstengeli - 250g

These are my mother's favourite chocolates but they are so hard to find. The shipping was extortionate but I bought it as a special birthday present for my mum. Would be great if the shipping costs could be reduced.

Why is something so gorgeous so difficult to get hold of. Delighted to find these as my wife loves them and I failed to get them last year!

Expensive but it's really difficult to buy kirsch sticks in the uk

great product, but when they arrived, more than half of them had been crushed/broken, and the kirsch all inside the wrapper rather than the baton.

To all those in UK commenting on lack of Stengeli in the UK and the price, the reason is that in 2015 HMRC reclassified them for excise duty as bottles so they now suffer spirits duty at £28.74 per litre which is about £8.62 per 250g pack. You cant blame Lindt for not wanting to become a spirits company for UK only.

My husband loves these but they have become increasingly hard to obtain in recent years. Just the right combination of alcohol and chocolate and not too sweet! M&S did a version a few years ago but again appear to have discontinued this seasonal treat.

I love these and can get them from Amazon.de , the german site. Postage isn't too bad. Then again, well worth for something soooooo good!
