It works, is highly adjustable and relatively sturdy, BUT rattles some when there isn't a phone placed in it. If your air vent dividers are deeply inset inside the vent, the vent hook won't be able to reach and latch on tightly.

When I initially tried this for my iphone 12 mini and thought it was too difficult to easily use. But after trying a different holder for a while, decided to retry this one. Works great except it occasionally loses the ability to get the sides to click to hold the phone. Discovered just remove phone and push the side holders in as far as can go, and then will click again to hold the phone in position. It easily slides on my a.c. vents as well so can move to side if need to see behind it.

The phone holder portion was easy to use, but mounting to a vent just isn’t great. It makes it so you can’t adjust the vent and then blocks the vent. Also isn’t as stable as many other options. Can’t say I loved it.
